Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.


Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Courier partner timelines

    • Local conditions or unforeseen delays

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments, depending on product availability or warehouse location.
If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Delivery & Acceptance

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorise a family member, neighbour, or colleague to receive the package on your behalf.

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

We take great care in packing every order. However, if you experience an issue:

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept delivery.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

All concerns related to:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect items

must be reported as per our Return & Refund Policy, along with the required supporting information.


After-Delivery Responsibility

  • Sakura Living is not responsible for damage or loss after successful delivery.

  • Claims for shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery or within the specified reporting window.
