Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Huestia, every product is designed to be lived in. We take great care in how our essentials are made, packed, and delivered — so they arrive ready to become part of your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right, thoughtfully and fairly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

The item received is different from what was ordered

An item is missing from the package
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What we’ll need from you
To help us resolve this quickly, please share:

A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time

Photographs (2–3 images) of the product and outer packaging, with the shipping label visible

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)
We understand that sometimes a product may not fit into your space as expected.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and unwashed

It is returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID and registered contact details.
Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs may apply and will be communicated clearly at the time of request

In case of partial returns, please hand over only the items being returned to the pickup partner
Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

Products sold during special sale or promotional events, unless explicitly stated otherwise

Items categorised under personal or hygiene use, where applicable

Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and passes our quality checks, refunds are initiated within 5 business days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive a secure refund link via email or SMS
Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us within 8 hours of placing the order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may choose to refuse delivery, after which the refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed once the item reaches us.
A Note on Care & Fair Use
We design our policies to be fair and transparent. Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing

The return request is made outside the specified time window
